“We have just begun to work with Jackie and we are already seeing real results for our young people and Youth work team. Jackie took time to understand The Factory Youth Zone the needs of our young people and context. She helped us realise that what we were doing was in the right direction and has empowered managers and staff to believe in what they are doing. We will be working again with Jackie on a second cohort of staff. From my perspective Jackie was not just a trainer delivering a package, what we got was very bespoke and relevant to youth work.”

Team-Teach Courses Designed for Youth Clubs and Youth Service Providers
Staff working within the Youth Service sector provide an extremely valuable community service to a wide range of young people.
Via these services, young people – many of which are from disadvantaged backgrounds – are given to opportunities to access resources, learn skills and develop confidence within a caring and supportive establishment.
Management Teams within the Youth Sector are beginning to recognise that the positive behaviour support training, offered by Team-Teach, can equip their staff to better understand the
challenges displayed by their service users and therefore offer more appropriate support.
The training also offers services a stronger sense of professional security around anxious, troubled and sometimes troublesome individuals.
Team-Teach training within the Youth Service sector can offer:
Bespoke training for your establishment, following consultation with your service to establish your specific context
Training for all levels of staff to enable them to support all young people; those who may have communication difficulties, a specific learning disability (e.g. Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Sensory Impairment, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) or simply display intentional and non-intentional challenging behaviours.
Courses delivered over full days, part days and including weekends.
